What if I'm ordering a gift Song Bokay, and want to hear the song before it's sent?
In that case, we recommend having the Song Bokay sent directly to you. You can preview it, and then send it on to the gift recipient once you're satisfied.
What if I'm not satisfied with my Song Bokay?

We realize that music is a subjective thing and while we think you'll be very happy with Paul's work, if you're not for any reason all you have to do is contact him within six months of placing your order, and your money will be refunded in full. Who owns the copyright on a Song Bokay?
All of the music is Copyright © 2002 Paul Gilvary. But if you turn in complete lyrics, you own the copyright on those. If you turn in ideas for lyrics and Paul writes them, the copyright is shared between the two of you.
Examples: suppose a customer, let's call her Jane X (just because we can), places an order.
If she turns in complete lyrics, the copyright statement would read:
Music: © 2002 Paul Gilvary
Lyrics: © 2002 Jane X
If she turns in ideas for lyrics and Paul writes them:
Music: © 2002 Paul Gilvary
Lyrics: © 2002 Jane X and Paul Gilvary
Keep in mind that what we're talking about here is common-law copyright; these songs are not necessarily registered with the Copyright Office in Washington. If you're interested in getting formal copyright registration for a Song Bokay, please contact Paul.
Where the heck did you get the name "Song Bokays?"
Paul thought it up. The "Bokays" part is a play on "bouquets," because Song Bokays make great gifts — but unlike flowers they don't turn brown and leave petals all over your carpet.
